These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lingora mobile application (“App”), operated by Storypick (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Lingora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
Lingora is an AI-powered language learning application designed to help users improve their communication skills through interactive learning experiences.
Storypick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lingora for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Users may submit text, messages, prompts, voice input, learning preferences, and other content while interacting with Lingora. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the App.
To provide AI-powered language learning services, user inputs may be processed by OpenAI. Such processing is used solely to generate responses, provide language practice, improve learning interactions, and deliver app functionality.
User messages, prompts, voice transcription text, and language preferences necessary to generate responses may be transmitted to OpenAI for the purpose of providing AI-powered language learning features.
Storypick does not sell user conversation content to third parties.
AI-generated responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate, and users should not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, medical, or educational advice.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must not enter sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Certain features of Lingora may require a paid subscription. Free users may have limited access to AI conversations, learning scenarios, vocabulary features, or other app functions. Paid subscribers may receive expanded or unlimited access depending on the subscription plan.
Payments and subscription management are handled through Apple App Store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store account settings. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are subject to Apple's policies.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
You agree not to misuse Lingora or use the App to create, request, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may restrict or suspend access to certain features if we believe the App is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.
Lingora is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storypick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Lingora if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in activity that may harm the App, other users, or third-party services.
Lingora is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
